Mounting focus ring to still lens

Any idea how I might mount a focus ring to a still lens? I would like to use my follow focus system with nikon lenses.

Thanks
DAN

see: http://www.cinetechonline.com/ Carl made the focus rings for my Nikons.

Here is a close up of the focus ring he made:

Steve, how much did they charge for those rings, and were they customized for each of your lenses?

Can they customize rings for Canon lenses?

I sent the lens to Karl Horn @ Cinetech and he custom fitted a ring for each lens, apox cost around $ 100.00. The rings slide over the rubber focus ring on the Nikons and do come off , since they are a press fit. They do not slip at all. He did two lens in a week.

I do use the Cinetech follow focus, I think the pitch and gears are a standard in the industry. Cinetech call tell you for sure.
