what do you guys think?

What did you plan to do with it? If it is just to get ground glass
there a probably cheaper and better options out there. Most
people here seem to not want to pay much for ground glass, but
if you can pay $250 - $1000 I'd bet you can find some sweet
ground glasses out there, without going for such a thing.

Or are you thinking this is a complete camera system?

yeah im not sure i thought maybe it could be usd in a homemade camcrder system or a camcorder like a dvx or xl2
