Redrockmicro M3 35mm Adapter features an all new design allowing for quick and easy setup. The adapter only has one piece and has larger optics only has 1/4 stop light loss opposed to ½ stop on the M2

You say that it's "one piece", so is a flip module built in?

YES the flip module is built in also. The Rep at NAB said the pricing would be available soon. The M3 is next on my list.
