Optosigma Ground Glass and/or PCXL condenser for sale

Howdy,

I bought all the optics needed from Optosigma to build Mr. Mellor's adapter a while back, as described in the "35mm adapter parts list" thread. Now that I have both the Nikon D Screen and a Letus35, I no longer need these two parts.

The parts are all 52mm:

50mm 1500 grade ground glass: part number 099-0160
http://www.optosigma.com/miva/mercha...+%26+Apertures
This was $24.00 US.

50mm 70fl:part number 011-2870
http://www.optosigma.com/miva/mercha...herical+Lenses
This was $32.00 US.

I paid $11 shipping.

So, this is a $67 purchase down the drain for me.

I'd like to sell the ground glass for $20, with $5 shipping. I'm pretty sure optosigma doesn't do $1 shipping, so there's a better price there.

The lens I'll let go for $28, also $5 shipping. If you buy both of these the shipping is $5 for both, because I hate when sellers tack on more shipping when you know all they need to do is slip the product in with the other one.

The items are in impeccably perfect condition because I never used them, I only partially opened the original packaging to make sure they were the right part and in good condition.

For added protection, the ground glass is now in a round plastic filter case in addition to being wrapped in it's original tissue paper packaging, and will be shipped this way.

If anyone's interested, I can go the money order, check, or preferrably the paypal route.

Thanks!

So Ben, are you happier with the Letus35 than with your dof rig?

Indeed I am. As good results as I've gotten with mine, I spent a good bit of money on the Letus35 and found it a solid-enough product to depend upon it permanently. Plus, grain is just something you'll never be able to avoid, period, with a static adapter. You might get it to acceptable levels, but at this point I don't see myself pulling it out of my bag when the Letus is right next to it.

But even if I was satisfied and kept the Nikon D Screen, these things would still be for sale :). I have so much extra equipment from trying out these adapters, lol.
