C Mount coverage

Probably a basic question but I didn't find any answer (yet), so here I am...
Do C Mount lenses cover an APS-C sensor?
In other words, could I use, with adapters, C Mount lenses on a Canon 7d and a NEX-7?
The two lenses I am looking at are given as S41 C Mount and R41 C Mount in their description. Oldies.

Re: C Mount coverage

Nope. Won't cover without an adapter with an objective lens to expand the image circle.

C mount covers up to 1" imagers which are much smaller than APS-C and s35.
