I need to show you about 20 sec of fullscreen but i dont know how ?
How ican do that ? It's about 104 megs ...!

Sounds like it needs some compressing.
The best bet would be to host it on your own webspace if you have some available. If you don't have any, but would still like to put video up on the net, there are many video hosting companies available for varying fees. Once it's online just link to it.

Try mpeg-4 compression or something. It keeps file size very small.
