Lens center to rods standard distance in 15mm rod systems?

Is there any information regarding lens center to rods center vertical distance?
I mean lens height from rods center in 15mm rod systems like Cavision`s...

I know that Cavision rod systems for example are 60mm from rod center to rod center but I don`t know what is the designed lens center to rod center distance.

Or shouldn`t I worry about that as most FF systems are that much adjustable?

Thanks in advance,
t.
