Can anyone tell me what lens mount this is? Close ups of the lens mount are images 9 and 10, also image number 2 shows the size comparisson in relation to the Canon 20x XL lens.

I found this odd camera at a thrift store. I've never seen anything quite like it before. It appears to be a Sony 8mm camcorder with a detachable Fujinon lens (1:1.7 10-140mm). I was wondering if the lens can be converted for use on an XL2. Any history on this camera would be appreciated also. Thanks!

Im not sure but i think its possibly a Bayonet mount

Well on second thought i dont think thats it.. Maybe C Mount

Thats what I was thinking, but why would they have a c-mount for camera with such a small sensor? Oh well, here's hoping someone will know what this is.
