My improved adapter - please comment screenshots

Hello,

I made few changes to my adapter and I'd like to hear some comments about new screenshots.

It's taken by old 1CCD handycam so overall quality isn't great, but that I can't change it at least for now :)

Screenshots at http://35mm.prozone.sk/

Thanks,

Ivan

Nice pics there. Second and third look really cool, I love the bokeh there. First one feels like it has some sort of disortion going on but that might just be my imagination. And if there is something, it must be because of the lens used.

Handycams can produce amazing results with these adapters.

can You post moving picture with that configuration: 28mm f2.8 + 0.45x wideconverter. Because it's very hard to estimate what it it's actual AOV.
Asking because i don't see any edge fall-off. It can be so if You use veary good(read: very expensive) wideangle or You zoomed in so much that theres left no AOV what given lens designed to produce.
So what lens You used and how much zoomed in?

Hi ivan! The picture looks amazing! what kind of adapter did you build, is it a redone version of the vibrating sandwich bag screen or something similar. I remeber you posting a screenshot before and i think that was the same woman.

Frank > GG isn't full 35mm frame size, its probably 22x14mm so I have to zoom much more to have full 16:9 screen. Lens are standard Canon 28/2.8 and some asian noname wideconverter 0.45x. I uploaded really short preview of video with 28/0.45x. Camera was full auto so its look bad, but you can at least see angle of view.

Forrest> I don't use bag screen anymore. I had lot of hotspot problems with it. I use focusing screen for Minolta 5D/7D probably same as new for Sony Alpha Digital. Problem is that it have small circle in middle and in some situations it is visible. You can see it on both video previews. But I hope that coin type of vibrating motor will help (I'm using mobile phone vibrating motor now). As I said to Frank it's much smaller so you have to zoom a lot but it still produces best picture I ever had.
