Lens suggestions w/ $1000 budget

Uh-oh, another lens suggestions thread!

I'll have a one thousand dollar budget for lenses next summer and I was wondering what you all would think is a good idea to spend it on. I have two ways to go; I could buy a new lens mount for my Brevis and go with PL mounts? or OCT19? I'm not familiar with those...and then buy lenses with those mounts. *Or* keep my existing FD lens mount and buy $1000 to $1500 worth of lenses.

I've already got a decent 85mm 1.4f I think, I like the image I get from that. Other than that I think the lenses I have now are pretty sub-par for the quality we're looking for next summer. I'm looking for maybe two or three more lenses, a normal and a wide, but again I'm not really an expert in these things so I'd appreciate some input. Thanks!

Ben,

Will you be shooting in HD?

Since the Brevis offers OCT19 mount, it might be worth investing in a set of lomo's if you have the budget.

I might look into that. i can't seem to find any "lomo" lenses on ebay--can you point me to the best way to find them?
