JVC HDxxx relay lens

So I haven't heard much from anyone recently about a relay lens for this series of cams. Has anyone built one DIY? The camera seems like a perfect candidate for it, now that it's got built-in flip and vignette correction.

JVC has built one without a ground glass for PL mount lenses. The HZ-CA13U. The horizontal angle of view is equivalent to standard 16mm. There is very very little light loss, no moving ground glass at all (uses aerial image) and it is only about 5.5" long. It is basically a 1/3" version of the Zeiss/Ang CLA35.

I just finished a round of testing with it on everything from Cooke S4s, Zeiss Ultra Primes, Super Speeds to anamorphics.
It will take anything you can throw at it. DoF seems to be consistent with 0.0006" CoC. There's no vignetting. Most lenses were sharp edge to edge except for the Century 6mm and Zeiss 9.5mm showing some signs of soft focus near the edges.

The most important thing about the design is that it is simple. There's no messing around once you set the backfocus.
