Rating a Cam w/DOF Adapter
 

How would you rate a naked (no taking lens) camera/adapter combo?

Can you do this without focusing on a chart?
It'd be nice to have a table of ISO ratings for various cam/adapter combos.

You could just use the same lens on all the cameras, or even the equivalent. The difference between a 50mm f1.4 Nikon and the same Canon lens will be negligible in all but the most scientifically rigorous tests.

My imagining - and it is only subjective impressions from shooting with this adaptor, is the LETUS35 FLIP Canon XL and JVC GY-HD100 models probably perform similarly relating to light loss.

My own homemade with a AO5 dressed groundglass is about the same.

I'll leave it to the builders of the Brevis, SGPRO, Redrock M2 and others to make their own claims and to Quyen Le to correct any assumptions wrongly made by me about the LETUS35.
