Help, where to get Cavision 3x3 mattebox to 15mm rails connector?

Hi,

Can someone point me to the Cavision 3x3 rubber hooded mattebox (MB385) to 15mm rails connector piece? The height adjustable front bracket for connecting a matte box?

B&H carries practically all Cavision products.

Nope BH doesn`t carry that particular bracket and international shipping costs directly from Cavision are too high...
... maybe someone have it laying around?
