We've got our equipment on order, but I am now drawing up plans to hook everything up.

We have one of those Horita black burst generators that we used to generate house sync on our SD system. Do the PDW-F70/75 decks use the same sort of black burst signal as reference video? Or is there now some sort of HD flavor of black burst?

I can tell you that the cameras require tri-level sync in order to work properly, not certain about the decks. I suspect they are the same.

The PDW-F** decks only require 'regular' NTSC sync. Tri-level sync is needed for certain decks running 720/24-30-60p, but not for these decks unless tri-level is your house sync.
