I am going to be traveling to El Paso tomorrow evening for a shoot on Thursday and Friday and I wanted to get some feedback on what to bring. This is a list of the equipment that I am renting from my rental house
1 Sony PDW-F350 XDCAM HD 3-CCD 1/2" camcorder
1 Aspen PSM-160 Aspekt AC adapter
1 Sony DXF-20W HD viewfinder
1 Sony mic & windscreen
1 A Bauer T2 Titan dual charger/AC power supply
4 A Bauer Hytron140 battery
1 Sachtler V-18 tripod package
1 Sony LO-32BMT 2/3" to 1/2" lens adapter
1 Canon HJ21x7.5B 21x HD lens
1 Videssence SH057-157BXQE 3-light Shooter Kit
1 Sony portable wireless lav kit

Should I be worried with traveling with 4 AB batteries with the new regulations or am I fine with them?

When a lensadapter is used the lens will be more telephoto, by a factor of 1.38x. The lens you chose is't that wide so be shure you don't need wide shots.

I wont be needing any wide shots for this shoot but that is good to know with the lens adaptor. Will I lose any light with that adaptor?

No, you will not loose light with the adaptor.

The AB Hytron are Nickel Medal Hydride batteries. The regulation only applies to Lithium Ion batteries. You may want to print something out from the AB website stating they are NiMH. You should be fine.
