Changing discs on one of our F-350s and after pulling one out and inserting another I felt resistance and I could not get the disc to be accepted. I don't want to force it. Tried several different discs but it doesn't want to take anything. No error codes. Tried messing with the manual eject slider and screw but still can't find a way for the camera to accept any discs. Anyone ever run into this? Seems mechanical and not something that would be fixed by resetting everything.

error 20-211 now. Something to do with the elevator system for the disc I'm sure. Anyone know for sure?
