i was just looking through some older posts, and found one back in november that people said they were told by distributers that the gl2 was discontinued.most were skeptical... theres been plenty of talk of the rebates, and the new hd standard, but every one agrees that canon doesnt anounce products vary far in addvance. i just bought my gl2, had no problem. has anyone herd "discontinued" from more distributers,... or was it just a coinsidance of salesmen being full of the same bs, at the same time?
