Its 2095 without the rebate.I asked the guy if the rebate was still available and if they are an authorized canon dealer. He replied yes to both of the questions . This place seems like a pretty good place to buy the GL2/

There are many too-good-to-be-true deals to be found on the Web. Most are scam shops waiting for uninformed buyers, particularly young people, who can be coaxed into purchasing junk accessories, and sometimes paying extra for accessories normally included with the camera. We have many stories here of folks going after an owner-has-brain-damage deal only to be charged $50 for the battery charger, $35 for the wireless remote, etc.

Buy from one of our sponsors (http://www.dvinfo.net/sponsors/index.php) to be sure that you get the real deal. They offer the most competitive true prices, won't charge exhorbitant "shipping and handling" fees, are true authorized dealers for their goods, and stand by what they sell to you.

Failing that, always check Reseller Ratings (http://www.resellerratings.com/seller2432.html) before buying from an unknown dealer on the Web. Although this place only has one feedback message posted, it's not a good one.
