If I was to buy a used WD-58 Wide angle adapter, will the Lens Hood that comes on the WD-58H fit on it? Does it have the proper mounting locations??

Yes if it has the "H" at the end of the model #, it will come with a special lense hood as well.

Yes, Jeff. The hood fits onto older WD-58's. (That's actually what I did, since I bought my 58 before they offered hoods.)
