anyone know how to conform 24p footage up to 60p footage? Cinema Tools maxes out at 30p.

I am not 100% sure - but I would imagine if you conform the 24P to 30P, and then drop it in on a 60P timeline in Final Cut final cut would handle the necessary frame doubling to take it up to 60P.

I've never thought of doing that. Wonder what it would look like.

If it comes out looking choppy you could try enabling "frame blending" which creates new interpolated frames in between the 24p/30p frames of your footage to fill out 60 fps... I think. Beware that it's likely processor/time intensive. If you don't, it may look "different" than footage in the timeline that was shot at 60p. Let us know what worked.

Craig,
I basically ended up doing what you suggested. Conformed 24 to 30 in Cinema tools and then dropped it in a 60p time line and set the speed to 200%. It worked pretty well, but seems like more work than it should be.
