What setting can i use to film a video that will be publish on the web.
My camera is a HDR-CX700.
I have the choice between:
HD :
1 920 x 1 080 / 50p
1 920 x 1 080 / 25p
1 920 x 1 080 / 50i
1 440 x 1 080 / 50i
SD :
720 × 576 / 25i

You'll likely get more response if you say what method or service will be used for internet distribution, and at what resolution.

Thank Seth,

Sorry if I have understand :

If distribution will be "video on demand",
the resolution will be at :
- 960x540 px (25fps, square pixel)
- Bit rate around 750 - 960 Kbps
- flv or mp4

I need to export some standard DVD also.

Hope this help
Thanks

Use 1920x1080 at 25 fps at the highest bit rate setting.

Once edited, render down to the settings you have stipulated. This will give you the best results. In my experience, I've found mp4 to be much better than flv. Hope this helps.
