Those of you interested in "film look" and such, might want to check out "It's Always Sunny in Philly" which is currently running on the FX channel. It was shot with two Panasonic DVX100a cameras, and lit as a film show. OK, maybe a little cheaper than a film show. The point is, it was definitely lit.

Got proof of that?

I could swear it was shot on super 16mm. I'd like to know what they use...

I doubt the entire show is shot on DV... most likely, as with many shows, the smaller DV cams are used for pick-up shots, funky angles, etc.
