Shot a short on a pansonic mini HD cam. The DP was supposed to edit but because of creative differences backed out. Now we have HD footage and no HD equip. Is there a way to XFER the footage to regular DV so that we can edit?

To the best of my knowledge if the signal was recorded as HD you will at least
need the approriate HD equipment to capture it to your computer. After that
you can work without it.
