Shufflebox Productions, LLC, a growing digital media production company in Kutztown, PA, is seeking to expand our team with the addition of a full time editor & motion graphics artist. The candidate should have knowledge of various non-linear editing techniques, 2D/3D graphics systems, good graphical design sense, and some video production knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Manage all assigned post-production & project responsibilities, including:
o Assemble and edit footage, contributing to the shape, pacing, and style of each individual project
o Design, build, and animate graphics per the needs of each project
o Color correct media
o Output media files for proper delivery per client needs
o Maintain highly organized approach to media management and archival processes
o Help source qualified freelance staff
Understand the basics of field and studio video production to assist on sets as needed
Assist colleagues with other responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
Strong visual design sense and technical ability
Experience in creation of video content from concept inception to production execution
Knowledge of digital camera systems (P2, DSLR, etc) is preferred.
Must be able to integrate creative video and audio for storytelling purposes
Have the ability to think on ones feet, to be flexible and highly adaptable
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite namely Premiere, After-Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator
Ability to design and build graphics in 2D/3D applications
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong capabilities with Microsoft Office
Highly organized and able to handle multiple, time-sensitive tasks
Self-starter able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast moving work environment
