Only to send information about the death of a pilot who flew Martin B-26's during WWII.

Be specific about whether you are inquiring about Martin B-26 "Marauder" or Douglas B-26 (originally A-26) "Invader".

Marcus, how do you want to display this?

eg: you could show Marauders in flight, no bombing then show bombs falling from separate footage.

I find watching similar stuff crystalises ideas .. Martin Marauder in Action - YouTube

Hola Marcus,

as Ed says, you might try asking at the B26 site. If you tell them your exact intended use, they might be able to help.
Bear in mind they probably get a lot of requests like this.

Don't know what they'd charge but I'd certainly offer a reasonable donation and of course a credit on your film. HTH

Cheers.

MM - you might want to try this episode of Air War in Europe from US Government archives.

You can download it from archive.org: AIR WAR IN EUROPE : National Archives and Records Administration : Free Download & Streaming : Internet Archive (http://archive.org/details/gov.archives.arc.2870)

Here is the YouTube (no sound): ?????[National Archives and Records AdministrationAIR WAR IN EUROPE](1943) - YouTube

The B-26 portion begins at 4:50.

Since it was produced by the US government, it is in the public domain.

Hope this is helpful,

Bill
