Here is the link to the jib that I am building.
It has the 2 arms like the Kessler, but the arms are round.

My situation:
I have an HVX. I would like to a remote pan/tilt to the jib.
When the jib is low and I want to pan the camera, how can I get this to work
without the camera hitting the arms of the jib?
How high should I make the Pan/Tilt head.
Or should I just stick to the DSLR and call it a day.

Secondly, where the crap can I find the motors needed for this?

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

The Bescor is noisy and crude. Jerky start and stop of pans and tilts.
