Just wondering if anyone is using Blackmagic's Hyper Deck or shuttle pro capturing 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 with JVC HD100/200 series cameras. Blackmagic's Shuttle Pro capturing 720p 60fps 4.2.2 via usb3 or thunderbolt to laptop from cameras live component bypassing the encoding while using tape as backup is my plan to make my camera limp along into the 4.2.2 editing era. anyone have any first hand experience?
