I followed the instructions for installing the software. I tapped connect to PC, then tapped playback on PC. Trouble is the INSTALL.EXE dosen`t appear, instead it just starts playback. I even tried file backup and disc creation all resulting in playback. I went looking on the web to download Mediabrowser 4 but had no luck. I`m running Win 8.1. Help would be much appreciated.
