Has anyone got a good supplier for Pearstone LP-E8 batteries for Rebels? I used to be able to get them from B&H, but now can't find them anywhere.

Alternatively, if you have a recommendation for another brand (not the super-expensive Canon ones), please let me know.

I just received a completely useless set of batts from some dopey outfit on Ebay, so I must find a reputable dealer with a good reputation from the good folks on this board.

Many thanks,

Harry.

Those Canon batteries are still there on B&H...but I guess you knew that.
Canon LP-E8 Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Pack 4515B002 B&H (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/676256-REG/Canon_4515B002_LP_E8_Rechargeable_Lithium_Ion_Battery.html/pageID/accessory)

And the Watson version too which is pretty close in price to the Pearstone version.

But it looks like most places say the Pearstone LP-E8 batteries have been discontinued.

However this place claims they still have them in stock.

Oh - wow... I missed that. But I remember them being cheaper. Has anyone tried the Watson ones? Nearly half the price ?

Anyway, thanks for replying.
