So I have a Bescor on camera light ( Bescor LED-70 Dimmable 70W Video & DSLR Light LED-70 B&H ) which has the shoe plate adaptor on the bottom. Being fairly flimsy plastic, it broke orr a corner one night when I tightened it. Now it's a bit wobbly. It does have a 1/4"? screw hole at the bottom, not seen in the photo, which looks like it would allow for an adaptor to be screwed to it. I searched B&H, and found these items:

Lastolite Hot Shoe to 1/4"-20 Screw Adapter LL LS2434 B&H (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/982369-REG/lastolite_ll_ls2434_hot_shoe_to_1_4_20.html/prm/alsVwDtl)

Tether Tools Rock Solid Hot Shoe 1/4"-20 Adapter RS713 B&H (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/931780-REG/tether_tools_rs713_rock_solid_hot_shoe.html/prm/alsVwDtl)

Just checking is this what I should be purchasing? Slide the shoe into the camera and screw in the oncamera light to that shoe plate? Just checking, Silly question I'm sure, sometimes these $10 petty purchases are a pain.

Thanks.
