I don't understand? I shot on IPB 25p Full HD. Day light on 100ISO. I'm trying to punch the blacks with shadows and highlights via premiere, and the blacks are blinking like crazy. I just don't get it what do i do wrong?

is it the IPB mode?

Are you taking about underexposure? Daylight scenes have a high dynamic range. Even if you ETTR, you might still lose detail in the shadows.

IPB is just compression. I don't think it has much, if anything, to do with exposure.

There were some lenses on the 5D Mark II that had unstable apertures. I can't recall the exact conditions. It might have related to pulling focus. Is it possible that the aperture was changing, either due to a non-manual setting or the lens aperture hunting about on its own?

Only the blacks are blinking.
I Used neat video in order to remove it..

Then you mean noise, not blinking.

Well yes it's noise that feels like blinking although it was shot on 100 ISO. Weired, but this is what i saw. Probably because of the codec (IPB).

The codec makes little difference with noise, that would be because you underexposed the shot.
