I have an event I shot where all but one clip will play back in the camera. I didn't change any record settings during the entire event, and the playback settings are accurate for this clip record format.

The thumbnail has a yellow box in the upper right corner with an X in it and the numbered clip is in red, different than any of the others.

Why is this one clip not able to playback in the camera?

The camera does have a repair clip function? It may not have closed properly. Did you lose power while recording? My P2 HPX 250 doesn't like it if power gets lost while recording.
