Hey gang,

I took possession of a NEW Rokinon CineDS 50mm T1.5 lens with the E-Mount about two weeks ago. I shot for about 4 hours with it and think it is a great lens for the FS100. I liked it so much, I am planning on buying a whole set of CineDS lenses from 14mm - 85mm. As much as I love my Sony cameras, I have been thinking lately that if I get the set in E-mount, I will be forever relegated to Sony E-mount cameras for these lenses. Instead, I am considering getting them in the Canon EF mount and then getting this adapter
FotodioX Vizelex ND Throttle Adapter VZLX-THRTL-EOS-NEX-PRO B&H

My thinking is if I wanted to use these lenses with another camera with a different mounting system, I would be most likely able to adapt the EF mount to another "mirrorless" camera system such as the new Samsung NX or a Panasonic GH4. I have two questions,

1). Does anyone see a problem with my reasoning here?
2). Has anyone used this Fotodiox adapter on their FS100 or any other E-Mount camera?

Thanks and I look forward to reading your responses. Joe

Absolutely my preference is to get it in Nikon F mount, with Canon EF Mount being but a poor second place choice (far better than going E mount however). And indeed, that is what I did.

I tried the Fotodiox Pro Lens Mount Adapter w/De-Click Aperture Dial, Canon EOS EF (NOT EF-S) Lens to Sony NEX E-mount Mirrorless Cameras (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005ODK5LC?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00) after one of the guys here suggested it to me. I was getting vignetting in the corners so I sold it. Not sure if this is the same as the one you are asking about.
