Just wanted to publicly thank Scott Cantrell for his outstanding customer service. I had a SD lock switch break off in my Panasonic AC160. I sent an email asking where I should get service done. He called back letting me know that he contacted Panasonic and set up a case for me and that Panasonic would be calling to get further details. He also emailed me a copy of my sales receipt in case they needed it for warranty repair. Ten minutes later, I got the call and the camera will be shipped out tomorrow. It's so nice nowadays to have not good, but great customer service and I just wanted to say it here publicly.
