Greetings -- I have a Metabones II - EF to E-mount Sony adapter. Wanted to update firmware -- but cannot figure out what USB cable this thing takes - I know it is NOT micro-USB. I also know there are newer versions of this adapter -- but what I have is what I have.

Ooops -- cannot change "Subject title line" -- ADAPTER IS A VERSION II -- NOT III !

Appreciate anyone out there passing on info of what version of USB cable this thing takes. Thanks !
