I spent a cold day exploring Helton Creek located near Neel's Gap in the Chattahoochee National Forest south of Blairsville, Georgia. This video follows the creek from its headwaters to the falls. Shot with a Panasonic GH4 camera, set at 1080p 60fps and recording at 200mbps. Lenses used were the Panasonic 14-45, 45-175, and Olympus 60mm macro as well as 75-300.

Lovely work Mark. It is a very peaceful and reflective video. I also think that the clever choice of title meant you were not limited in what footage you included. I particularly liked the shots of the birds.

Nice work, Mark. As always, I'm sure that Vimeo doesn't even do it justice. And that's more ice that I would expect for Georgia!

Thanks Doug. Yes the original looks much...much better than the Vimeo version. I wish they would offer a higher quality encode of uploads to their site as high motion is not handled very well.

Mark, another great video. I definitely need to get up into the north Georgia mountains, there are so many beautiful places there and it seems like you have managed to discover and video some of the best of them. Please keep posting videos, I love watching your work. Bob
