Convergent Design has identified an issue in firmware release 2016.06 concerning users of FS RAW from the Sony FS5/FS7/FS700 cameras.

When shooting FSRAW -> Apple ProRes in either 4K50/60p or 2K100-240p, image artifacts can occur. Such artifacts generally only happen in low contrast images.

Convergent Design will have a correction to this issue in our next firmware update. It is recommended to roll back to firmware release 2016.01 for clients shooting under these conditions. FS5 owners can use the FS700 camera setting in 2016.01 using Slog2 / Color Mode S-Gamut 3200 and 5500 (Rec709 / Rec709 800% is not supported with the FS5 in either firmware).

Please note that this issue only affects high frame rate FSRAW to Apple ProRes recording, and only appears to be an occasional issue in low contrast images. Lower frame rates, CinemaDNG recording, and other RAW camera formats are not affected.
