Can someone help me to achieve this-
I have hundreds of 3-4min projects.
All with the same-
10 sec intro,
overlay burner over the body of the project,
and a 10 sec outro.

I can set it up with a placeholder in between the intro and outro and have the overlay attached to the intro.
Thats fine. I just drop each file on the placeholder and select Replace.

The problem is, the overlay has to be manually adjusted each time to length.

Is there a way to link the overlay length to the placeholder so it always becomes the length of the inserted file?

None that I know of. It's easy enough to use "option ]" to shorten the overlay after you replace the placeholder, although with the number you have to do, daunting,
