Hi. I'm primarily a musician and composer, but also interested in digital video and graphics, and right now I'm combining all of those interests in making a drama series of machinima videos for my YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/c/dravendarken).

My current digital video efforts are entirely digital from end to end. The only thing I own that could capture digital video from the real world is my iPhone SE, and I'm not using that to create content at the moment (I do also have a Nikon D80 DSLR, but of course that only shoots stills). For my videos, I am capturing content directly from games like Elite: Dangerous using Geforce Experience Share (formerly ShadowPlay), and then editing and processing it on a Mac using Final Cut Pro X, Motion 5, Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, etc.

I'm enjoying my current forays into both video creation and soundtrack creation for same, and hope to keep moving deeper into these areas after my current video series is wrapped up.
