I've been going for years, but it's hit an all time low in crappiness. Glitches, endless death loops in sign in and sign out, shopping cart issues, and having to spend 20 minutes on live chat just to update my own personal account. I don't know who is providing your ticketing services, but they suck and you should fire them. It's 2017, getting passes for all my staff should take 5 minutes or less. Why can't I just have standing people under a master account and check who is going and needs a pass? Surely there are companies 20x the size of me thinking the same thing. And wtf is up with not being able to get a basic hall pass unless you have a code, and being forced to buy a 3 session pass for 5x the price? Obviously I HAVE codes, but come on... That's not cool. Thumbs down NAB. It took me 1/2 the time to book all our flights and hotel than it did to line up our exhibit passes. |
