I started this trhread so that we could share settings and tips. I'm interested in seeing what settings you use and why. For this thread I'm using FD = Factory Default

Audio:
Main Menu>A/V Set...>Audio Set...>

CH1 & CH2 Limiter Settings:
Threshold Level / -6dbFS (FD)
Attack Time / Middle (FD)
Decay Time / Middle (FD)

INPUT 1 & 2 Mic Ref.
-50db (FD)

Ref. Level
-20db (FD)
I'm wondering what adjustments have you made to enhance the audio experience with the supplied shotgun mic.

Video:
Gain Levels for Low, Medium, & High

Main Menu>Camera Function>
GAIN L - 0db (FD)
GAIN M - 6db (FD)
GAIN H - 12db (FD)
Here I'm wondering what are you go to levels and with what lenses.

LCD/VF Settings
Main Menu>LCD/VF>
LCD/VF Peaking - +1

Focus Assist
Color - Red (I have always been partial to using red even when I was using my Sony cams)

Shooting Assist
Zebra
Top - 100%
Bottom - 90%
