I can't for the life of me remember the site that allows you to upload your video for free. I do remember that it's only up there for a limited amount of time though (like 2 weeks or something like that). I've googled and googled and even searched this site, but can't find it.

these days there are several sites that do free webhosting... i think that putfile.com is good for files up to 25 mb in size, and they do not re-encode it, afaik.

google video works for this, but in my experiecne it takes a while

It's not just a video host, but http://zshare.net has been good to me.
