File Export then Go to FCP QuickTime conversion and hit the drop down menu to WMV.
Hope this Helps and keep the same default settings.

Do a search for "Flip4Mac", and you'll find the answer.

Sorry Marcin, I assumed that you were using FCP 5.1.
I checked my other MAC Which has FCP4.5 and sure enough the drop down menu did not have WMV.

As Martin Said Flip4MAC is the answer. However, You can Make An AVI file that will play just like a WMV file.
