Just heard a rumor on circulating on the Guild of Television Camermen forum that Infinity is to be dropped. I find this unlikely, anyone else heard anything??

My guess is that it's untrue.

I think the rumors started from this German article:

The two main points raised were they couldn't get the fps past 15 and they couldn't get power consumption under 60 watts.

All refuted by TGVG.

If you have any BBC contacts they should be able to give you a heads up, as haven't they been working closely with TGVG on trialing the Infinity?
