I have to make a JPEG still out of some of my video. I have it in multiple Quicktime formats but I can't remember how to output it as a jpeg or other still.

PLEASE HELP if you can. I have a VERY tight deadline and I need to get this done in the next 10 minutes (by 8:15 PM PST)

This will create a still of the frame you have paused on the timeline,

thanks very much for your reply. i was having all kinds of trouble. i actually ended up doing it through iMovie--it has something called "capture still" or whatnot. at least it was easy to find the command in my desperate haste!
