View Full Version : Newsedit? Jesse Bekas April 10th, 2007, 04:11 PM I'm using newsedit at work. It's from T/GV. I'm just wondering if anybody else out there is using it, and how similar it might be to Edius? Mike Downey April 10th, 2007, 10:24 PM They are not alike. Edius is more of a craft editor and has a much deeper interface. Now, please do not misunderstand me, Newsedit is a good program, but ther a fairly different. I realize the shortcomings of Newsedit. ;) I was just wondering if similar to Avid it's a "know one system, be able to use them all" kind of thing. Knowing NewsEdit will not help you one iota in uderstanding Edius (nor visa versa) ... about th eonly thing that is the same is the shortcut for In and Out point.
