Up to 5 new HDV camcorders at NAB?
 

I've been busy collecting and trying to validate all the various rumors surrounding new HDV cameras appearing at NAB. In the process I've found enough data to warrant putting together a quick web page about them:

Of course at this stage this whole project is completely speculative, so no guarantees about anything whatsoever on the page. But it is fun at least to see a preview of what could come together in a month!

How's your list coming along, Lorin? Any from Sharp or Samsung yet? Most likely, HDV from them would be affordable, especially for Pokey & Co. :-))

Dammit, I'm selling my XL1 and buying a 16mm camera.

Go for Panavision instead. :-))
