Do you teach video technology at a middle school or highschool?

I've been substitute teaching for almost a year now and am working on my Math 4-8 teaching certificate. I am also interested in, and it depends on where you are in the world (district / state / USA / beyond) but in Texas it is known as Career and Technical Education (CTE).

Do you teach video technology at a middle school or highschool? I am looking to hear some stories of challenges in the classroom and how you overcame them.

This is me solving a math problem on YouTube.

Comments / critiques / criticisms welcome.
