Adobe Media Encoder 16:9 in 4:3 Frame

Hi

So I've got a project that was shot all in 16:9 on the EX-1. How can I export that to a standard definition quicktime file (either JPEG 2000, MJPEG, or Animation) in a full frame? I've tried and I get either a widescreen file or a full frame with the image stretched to fill. What I want is a full 4:3 frame with the 16:9 image inside it and black bars at the top and bottom.

Thanks in advance.

Also - if it helps I am on CS3.

Use a frame size of 640 x 360 with square pixels, that will fit in a SD 640 x 480 (4x3) frame.
