How to produce for DVD? at DVinfo.net

Hi.
I have just converted to Premiere CS4 and I am not sure how to make a DVD.
With Vegas I just rendered as MPEG2 and then rendered into VOB format in DVD Architect.
I am so lost with Premiere. I the Master Suite collection so I have Onlocation and Encore.
I wanted to check with you guys first as to exactly how to render to VOB format and what settings are best.
